DEBT RECOVERY AGENT:

Debt Recovery is a challenging job which requires skills, expertise and patience. It requires great deal of persuasion and tactful handling.

Debt Recovery Agents represent Creditors for the recovery of the outstanding amounts. Their job is important for the smooth recycling of the funds available with the Creditors for lending purposes. They also play a very important role in maintaining the Asset Quality of the Lenders i.e. Banks/Financial Institutions/Non- Banking Finance Companies/Creditors. Their role effectively contributes to the economic growth of the country.

Starting as an Accredited Institute of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance for DRA Training in 2018, KP EDUCATION has trained more than 8445 candidates till mid November, 2025.
On an average, it conducts around 50-60 Training Programmes in a year and trains about 2000 candidates.
It has record of 100% placement of the candidates so far and hopes to maintain its record of 100% placements.

How to get IIBF DRA Certified

The certification process requires completion of training from an accredited institute (like KP EDUCATION in Panchkula) and passing an examination conducted by the indian institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF)

Here are the steps to obtain the certification :

Undergo Training : Enroll and complete the mandatory training hours at an IIBF-accredited institute.

KP EDUCATION is listed as as an such accredited training center, located at SCF 41, Sector 4 Market, Panchkula – Haryana

The required training hours are:

100 Hours for candidates with Qualifications up to graduation.
50 Hours for graduates and above.

Obtaining Training Completion Certificate : The training institute will provide you with a certificate upon successful completion of the course. Apply for the IIBF Exam : Register for the IIBF Debt Recovery Agent examination, typically done through the IIBF Website Pass the Exam : Appear for and pass the examination to obtain the final IIBF DRA Pass Certificate. After passing the DRA exaination, one can start the career as Debt Recovery Agent, by joining the Debt Recovery Agency or any NBFC or a Bank.
