KP EDUCATION is an initiative of highly qualified and senior professionals, to help young boys and girls and other professionals to make their careers in the field of Debt Recoveries and achieve Growth. KP EDUCATION has been set up by bankers having worked with the Banking and Financial Services Sector.

Having started his career as Probationary Officer of a Public Sector Banks, Dr KL Dhingra has worked at levels across Probationary Officer of a Bank to the Chairman & Managing Director of a Financial Institution.

He also worked as Director (CEO) of National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), an Apex Institute set up by Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of India and the other Public Sector Banks. NIBM was set up in 1969 and is engaged in Training and Development of the Officers of the Banking and Financial Services Sector and is also having Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Banking and Financial Services approved by AICTE. Dr. Dhingra was also Member Secretary of the Governing Board of NIBM, headed by the Governor, Reserve Bank of India. Prior to this, he has worked as Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, a Financial Institution set up by Government of India.

Dr. KL Dhingra has also been the Vice-Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and Chairman of its Finance Committee for 6 years, having been elected by the Chairmen and Managing Directors of the member Public Sector Enterprises.

Dr. Neelam Dhingra has been with a Public Sector Bank for 37 years. She has put in her service with the Bank in various capacities, as Branch Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager and Asstt. General Manager heading Branches, including large and extra large branches, across the country. She has also been an Asstt. General Manager in Mumbai and Bangalore Regional Offices of the Bank. At both these places, she had been controlling and monitoring a large number of Branches with sizable amount of business. She has also received various awards for her commendable achievements in different fields/areas.

Both Dr KL Dhingra and Dr. Neelam Dhingra have meritorious educational background.

The family members have passed many competitive examinations including Bank P.O., CDS, GRE, TOEFL, CAT, GMAT etc.

About Dr. KL Dhingra

Dr. KL Dhingra is an M.B.A. from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. In addition, He has done M.Com., LL.B. (Acad), PDGM, PhD, CAIIB and has also passed ACIB from U.K. He is a Fellow of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Scotland and Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia). There are very few professionals in India, who have four Fellowships from Indian and International Institutions in the field of Banking and Finance. Having started his career as a Probationary Officer of Dena Bank, he rose to the positions of Chairman and Managing Director of two Schedule 'A' Central PSUs. He has worked as the Chairman and Managing Director of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), New Delhi - which is an all India Financial Institution. He has also been the Vice-Chairman of Standing Conference of Public Sector Enterprises (SCOPE) (a Forum for the Public Sector in India) for the longest ever period of 6 years.

He has spent most of career in the Recoveries and is also a Qualified Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

About Dr. Neelam Dhingra

Dr. Neelam Dhingra has been with a Public Sector Bank for 37 years. She has put in her service with the Bank in various capacities, as Branch Manager, Senior Manager, Chief Manager and Asstt. Dr. Neelam Dhingra has been a Rank Holder and also topper of the District in her B.A. examination. She has done M.A. English, B.Ed., CAIIB, LL.B. (Acad), PGDM, MBA and also Ph.D. She also got the Ist Rank in the Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She has also passed DRA Examination conducted by IIBF with 85% marks. In addition, she has also passed Certificate Course in Insurance and Certificate Course in Industrial Finance.

Mr Ankur Dhingra is an alumni of IIT, Bombay and IIM, Ahmedabad.

He was admitted to all the six IIMs of the country in 2004, but he preferred to pursue M.B.A. from IIM, Ahmedabad – a top rated Business School India.

He was also selected for Singapore Airlines Scholarship for studying his B.E/B.Tech in National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University in the year 2000, but he chose to study for his B.Tech. in IIT, Bombay.

He got admission into six Universities of USA including Michigan University in the year 2000 on the basis of his GRE Score. On the basis of his GMAT score, he got admission into two top Universities of US in 2009 for his second M.B.A.

He has worked with JP Morgan Chase Bank in Singapore as Asia Head as well as Asia Pacific Head. Later, he has been Global Head looking after Forex Derivatives in JP Morgan Chase Bank in London.

He is now associated with a leading Hedge Fund in London.

Mrs. Neha Dhingra is an M.B.A from University of lowa, CIMBA, Italy.

She has worked as Accounts Director with Happy Marketer, A Merkle Company in Singapore and later as Client Director with Lion & Lion in Singapore.

Mr Ankit Dhingra has passed his B.E. from Punjab University and M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

He has done his second MBA from Columbia University, New York, an Ivy-League Business School.

He is now working as Senior Manager with A.T. Kearney, a leading global Management Consulting Firm in Chicago, USA. Prior to this, he has worked with ICRA (Moody’s Associate), CARE Ratings and SEBI in India.

Mrs. Akanksha Bhat Dhingra has done her graduation from Cambridge University, U.K.

She has been with Deutsche Bank, London looking after M&A activities.

She is presently studying for her final year of MBA in Kellogg School of Management, an Ivy-league Business School in Chicago, USA.
